Doctor Kassay came to Portland in 1999 upon completion of her Family Medicine residency in Scottsdale, Arizona. She received her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1996, her undergraduate degree at UC Davis in 1990, and is a native of Morgan Hill, California.
Lucinda A. Ballas ANP
Graduated from OHSU School of Nursing 1975 and her undergraduate at BSN. Her ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner) degree was earned 1992. She is one of the original "Certified Diabetes Educators" in Oregon and has served on the board of Oregon Diabetes Association. Since graduating she has been a provider of primary care at Legacy and in private practice.
She is married with two adult sons. Indulges in her passion of growing and preserving her own food, knitting and demonstrating her skill playing a ukulele. Current goal: hike every National Park.
